Leben und Werk

Ausbildung an der  Bielefelder Kunstakademie.  Fortbildung in  Wien.  Ausgedehnte  Studienreisen durch Europa, Nordafrika, USA,  Zentral- und  Südamerika.                                                               
Frühe Arbeiten umfassen Aquarelle und  Zeichnungen,  Porzellanmalerei  und   Wandgemälde.   Beschäftigung mit Kollage,    Mosaik, Ölmalerei,  Skulptur.  Seit 1966 Konzentration  auf  Acryltechnik.   Ausstellungen in   Deutschland und   USA. 

Die Künstlerin  lebte in Bielefeld, Deutschland, wo sie ihr Atelier und  Galerie hatte.  Ihr zweites Zuhause war  New  York.  Ihre Arbeiten befinden sich in  vielen privaten und  öffentlichen Sammlungen in Europa,  USA und Kanada.

Life and  Work

Formal training at  the Bielefeld Academy of  Creative   Arts.  Studies in Vienna.  Extensive travels in Europe,  North Africa, Central  and  South America as  well as the United  States.

Early work comprises  watercolors and drawings, porcelain painting  and   murals. Experimentation with  collage, mosaics, oil painting  and sculpture.  Since 1966 focus on acrylics and watercolors.   Individual and group  shows in Germany and the US. 
   
The artist  lived in Bielefeld, Germany, where she had her own studio  and  gallery space.   Her second home was in New York City.   Her   work  can be found in many private and public collections in Europe, the US and  Canada.
